o As an HRD specialist, you need to deliver HR orientation seminars and workshops to the managers and division supervisors of the University, among such workshops is the job analysis of the Public Relations and Media Specialist in the University. Before starting to recruit their needed employees, the targeted division needs to well explore the nature of the job. The tasks and competencies needed from the applicant to perform his/her required duties. So, job analysis is an art and a skill needed to recruit and hire the right fit.
