Order Description
Read the judgments in Fuller’s fictional Speluncean Explorer Case and provide a short description of each judgment in the case. Analyse how each judgment relates to the theories of law covered. Reach your own decision on the case and explain what theory/ies they have relied upon in reaching your decision

ASSIGNMENT STRUCTURE
Does not need to include an introduction or conclusion, sub headings are required
-THE FACTS OF THE CASE
Briefly elaborate on what happened in the case.
THE DECISIONS AND RELEVANCE OF LEGAL THEORY
Identify and explain the decision of each judge and discuss what theories are relevant to each of the five decisions.
REACHING A DECISION
Decide on an outcome as if you were in the position of a judge in the case. However, you must provide your reasons and theoretical basis for your decision.

Must use the Australian Guide to Legal Citation 3rd ed (AGLC3), style. With footnotes at the bottom of each page.
