1. Provide an evaluation of the impact of the internet and social media has had on homegrown extremism in North America. In particular, address the impact on recruitment and radicalization of extremists.
2. Conduct an analysis of current efforts to counter homegrown violent extremists in North America. Specifically, compare and contrast various initiatives to counter extremism and de-radicalize extremists. Suggest at least one program or activity that you think could be done (or should be done more) to best counter or prevent radicalization. In making a recommendation you are not limited to the CVE activities from the readings, but you are welcome to suggest your own ideas as well (as long as they are legal and ethical).

You will use this to analyze the brand along the lines of in-person, physical retail experiences. You must visit a retail location in person to do the analysis. In this second section, you will make an informed recommendation to this brands leadership on how they can improve, utilizing insights from the field of neuromarketing. This section is open-ended and does not  need to relate to the previous section on experiential design audit. Please use neuromarketing insights from any topic in the book, or from lecture.

More specifically, this section will be an informed pitch for how and why to apply specific neuromarketing phenomena to this brand. You need to include at least two distinct neuromarketing phenomena (e.g. violation of expectation, numbing the pain of paying, neural coupling, mere exposure effect, etc.) discussed in class and included in the book.

For each of these two phenomena, you should include:

1. A description of this phenomenon that can be understood by an audience without a strong scientific background.

In order for a business to provide the greatest possible service to its consumers, it must adopt new quality initiatives into its daily operations. Every part of a company revolves around quality. Quality initiatives guarantee that a company reaches the highest levels of customer satisfaction (Eileen, 2018). Customers are the foundation of every business, and they want the greatest value possible in order to have the best experience . When regularly implemented, the quality initiative has a beneficial influence on each of the company’s operations and yields a high yield of considerable overall benefits(Fujitsu, 2020).

In 2019, Vitaquest International, a nutraceutical and functional foods firm, announced a new quality program called TotalQ (Mmcdonald, 2019). The firm presented a comprehensive quality program targeted at achieving its objective of being an industry leader in the overall quality for consumer product development and production.
